Herman and other Wriedt Reunion 2010

· Where: Grand Island, Nebraska, in and around the Riverside Lodge, Grand Island, NE

· When: the weekend of June 18-20, 2010.

· Particulars:

o Informal get-together and dinner, Friday June 18, 7 pm.

o Informal lunch, Saturday June 19, noon, Woodland room, Riverside Lodge

o Informal tours of Stuhr Museum, about $7 per person, till 4 pm.

o Dinner and program, Saturday June 19, 6 pm, about $10 per person. (note time change)

o Informal breakfast, Sunday June 20, 9:30 am.

o Memorial service at Riverside Lodge, Sunday June 20, 11 am, honoring the lives of Ursula Klatt and Luverne Wriedt, who passed away recently, along with others we knew and loved.

o Lunch and program, Sunday June 20, noon, about $10 per person.

o Oasis Water park, water slides and fun, all ages

o Stuhr Museum: restored farm machinery exhibit

o Stuhr Museum: Rail Town, with volunteers in various exhibits

o Stuhr Museum: reconstructed Glade Flour Mill

o Stuhr Museum: Ovina, NE farm, post office, general store, farmhouse

o Golf for those interested: GI Municipal Golf Course

o Tour of Wanda’s retirement home, Riverside Lodge.
